  This Office advises the Prime Minister on issues affecting women. The site contains information about employment and income security among others.

• ACT Office for Women
  Information on policies and initiatives for women are among the range of resources on this site.

• NSW Department for Women
  Includes a selection of publications, a events calender, and other information such as grants programs and the Premier's Council for Women.

• Office of Women's Policy (Northern Territory)
  Minimal information provided on the office.

• Office of Women (Queensland)
  Part of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, this site offers a range of resources including online publications and events listings.

• Women's Information Service (South Australia)
  Lists services for women, publications and includes an events calender.

• Women Tasmania
  Includes access to their searchable directory, publications lists (including some available online) and community noticeboard.

• Office of Women's Policy (Victoria)
  Includes a guide to the internet for women, summaries of projects a selection of publications.

• Office of Women's Policy (Western Australia)
  Site contains a calendar of events and links to information on grants and services for women.

• Emily's List Australia
  A national organisation aimed at getting more progressive Labor women elected to Parliament.

• National Women's Justice Coalition
  The coalition was formed to promote women's equality before the law. Includes a range of resources.

• Women's Electoral Lobby (WEL) Australia
  Site includes selected articles from Inkwel and campaign information.

• International Women's Web Sites
  Women's sites focused outside the U.S. and English-speaking Canada.

• Women Watch
  UN site on gender equality and the empowerment of women.

• Women's Human Rights Resources
  Site covers information on education, equality, feminist theory, health, labor and employment, marriage and family, political rights, housing, prostitution, race and gender, religion, and violence. Includes full-text documents and annotated links.

• WSSLINKS - Women's Gender Studies Web Sites
  Extensive listing of resources covering a wide range of women's issues.

• The United Nations and the Status of Women
  Information on the various committees and conventions, including the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women, and the Status of Women.
